Confidentiality & NDAs
Registration numbers, bank statements, cap tables, product plans — an engagement with us usually means sharing things you wouldn't post publicly. Here's how we handle that.
Confidential by default
Everything you share with us during an engagement — financials, credentials, business plans — is treated as confidential whether or not a signed NDA exists yet. Every team member is bound by our own internal confidentiality agreement as a condition of working here.
Before a diagnostic call
If we need to look at real financials to advise you, we'll sign an NDA first if you'd like one.
Before account access
Marketplace, banking, or admin credentials — covered before we ever ask for them.
Request an NDA
Tell us a little about what you'd be sharing and we'll send over a mutual NDA — ours or yours, whichever you'd rather use — for your side to review before we talk specifics.
Request received
We'll send the NDA to your email shortly.
This page describes our general practice and isn't itself a binding agreement — the actual NDA document, once sent, is what governs any specific engagement. If you have your own standard NDA, send it over and we'll review it just as readily.
