Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone, business name — through the contact form, careers form, quiz tools, or WhatsApp. Business information you share during an engagement, such as GST details, financial documents, or marketplace credentials, only as needed to deliver the specific service. Basic usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected automatically through analytics.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you've engaged us for; to file registrations, returns, and applications on your behalf where you've authorized it; to send updates about your engagement; and, only if you've opted in, occasional relevant content like blog posts or compliance reminders. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.

Sharing & disclosure

We share information only where the service requires it — for example, submitting your GST application to the GST portal, or your marketplace documents to Amazon or Flipkart during onboarding — and with government authorities where legally required. Form submissions on this site are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service; their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses basic analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. No third-party advertising trackers are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site's core content.

Data retention

We keep engagement records for as long as required under applicable tax, company, and accounting law (typically several years after an engagement ends), and delete or anonymize contact-form and careers submissions that don't lead to an engagement within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to retain it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian data protection law. We restrict access to client financial and compliance data to the team members actually working on your engagement, and use standard safeguards for anything transmitted or stored digitally. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell you directly if something affecting your data ever goes wrong.

This site and our services are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
