These terms govern your use of the IndiaBusiness.ai website and services, operated by L-1 Industries Pvt Ltd. By using this site or engaging us for a service, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, WhatsApp or email us and we'll explain it directly.

Our services

We provide business registration, compliance, accounting, brand, website, marketplace and marketing services to Indian founders and MSMEs, either individually or as part of a broader engagement. The exact scope of any paid engagement is confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins — this website describes our services generally but doesn't itself constitute a binding quote.

Pricing and payment

Pricing is scoped to your specific situation and confirmed before work starts. Payment terms (advance, milestones, or monthly billing) are agreed per engagement. Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party costs (where applicable) are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate, complete information and documents on time — registrations, filings and other work can only be as correct as the information we're given. Where we act on your behalf with a government portal, bank, or marketplace, you authorise us to do so for the specific purpose agreed.

What we don't guarantee

We work carefully and communicate honestly about timelines and likely outcomes, but we can't guarantee approval timelines set by government departments, banks, or marketplaces, since these are outside our control. Business, tax, and legal guidance provided through our services or this website is general in nature and isn't a substitute for independent legal or financial advice for decisions with significant consequences.

Intellectual property

Deliverables we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement (brand assets, website code, written content) become yours on full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The IndiaBusiness.ai name, logo, and website content remain our property and may not be reused without permission.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us during an engagement is treated as confidential — see our Confidentiality & NDA page for details, including how to request a signed NDA before sharing sensitive information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by third parties (government departments, banks, marketplaces) outside our control.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work already completed. We'll hand over what you're entitled to (documents, access, deliverables paid for) in an orderly way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and let ongoing clients know before any change affects their engagement.
