AOA (Articles of Association)

The internal rulebook for how a company is run — how directors are appointed, how shares transfer, how decisions get made.
Where the MOA defines what a company can do, the AOA defines how it governs itself day to day. It's filed alongside the MOA at incorporation and can be amended later as the company's needs change — for example, when new shareholder terms are agreed during a funding round.
